How to heat up?
Please remove the transparent bowls to warm up. The contents of the bowls must be poured onto the dish after heating.
Heat:

Skillet: Heat the skillet over medium heat, add the food and cook, stirring occasionally, until hot throughout. Reduce heat if necessary to avoid burning.
Microwave: Prick the foil several times with a fork and heat the dish at 600 watts for 3-4 minutes.
