How often do the dishes change?
Our dishes change weekly to offer you a varied culinary experience. We are guided by the seasonality and availability of ingredients as well as the preferences of our customers. So you can discover new flavors every week and always look forward to fresh, balanced dishes in your weekly menu box.
What is the shelf life of the dishes?
The dishes we offer can be kept in the fridge for up to 7 days, which makes meal planning flexible and convenient. Thanks to our innovative modified atmosphere and de-oxygenation packaging technology, your food stays fresh and tasty - without any preservatives. This process not only ensures a longer shelf life, but also preserves the nutrients and authentic taste of the dishes.
Where do the ingredients come from?
Our ingredients come from local farms and Swiss suppliers who are committed to responsible farming. We use fresh ingredients of the highest quality and pay attention to animal welfare when it comes to meat products. Our fish comes from sustainable fisheries. We also completely avoid preservatives - for pure, unadulterated enjoyment.
What is the best way to heat the dishes?
Heating our dishes is as flexible as your kitchen equipment. Whether you prefer a pan, oven, steamer or microwave - we have the right instructions for every method.
To reheat, please remove the transparent bowls. The contents of the bowls must be added to the dish after heating.
Microwave: Prick the foil several times with a fork and heat the dish at 600 watts for 3-4 minutes.
Oven: Remove the transparent foil from the dish and preheat the oven to 110 degrees Celsius. Fill a small ovenproof container with a little water (approx. 1-2 dl) Place the dish and the container in the oven for approx. 30 minutes.
Steamer: Remove the transparent foil from the dish. Use the regeneration function at 95 degrees Celsius and heat for approx. 25 minutes.
Pan: Heat the pan on a medium heat, add the food and heat it, stirring occasionally, until it is hot through and through. Reduce the heat if necessary to prevent burning.

Can I freeze the dishes?
Yes, you can freeze our dishes! They are generally designed to be kept in the freezer for up to three months. It is important that you eat the meal within 12 hours of defrosting. However, we recommend enjoying the meals fresh to experience the best possible quality. Freezing and subsequent defrosting can slightly affect the texture and taste.

What is meant by the “weekly menu box”?
The weekly menu box offers you a convenient and cost-effective way to receive fresh, pre-cooked meals every week. It helps us to plan our resources efficiently and buy the best ingredients from local producers and farmers. The regular delivery also gives you maximum flexibility: you can adjust, pause or cancel your box for the coming week until 11 a.m. on Friday - just as you wish.
How many dishes do I have to or can I order?
To minimize the ecological footprint of our deliveries, we have set a minimum order quantity of three dishes. This allows us to use resources more efficiently and avoid unnecessary delivery trips. There is no upper limit - you can order as many dishes as you like!
How much do the dishes cost?
Our dishes are priced between CHF 14 and CHF 20 and reflect the high quality and care we put into every meal. With the weekly menu box, you also benefit from up to 10% discount per delivery - a delicious and cost-effective way to get freshly pre-cooked meals delivered straight to your door every week.
Can I pause or cancel my weekly menu box flexibly?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your weekly menu box at any time. Changes can easily be made in the customer area. You can adjust, pause or cancel your delivery for the coming week until 11 a.m. on Friday. This gives you complete flexibility - ideal if you're on vacation or want to take a break.
How can I pay at Tom Tasty?
Tom Tasty offers you the flexibility to pay with popular payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay, making the payment process straightforward and secure. We are constantly working to expand and improve our payment system to meet your needs.

How are the dishes packaged?
Our dishes are carefully packaged with special insulation material and cold packs to ensure the cold chain throughout transportation and until delivery to your door. This not only ensures the freshness and quality of the food, but also compliance with all health and safety standards. The material used is CO2 neutral and fully recyclable, which is in line with our commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability.
Which service provider ships the packages?
We have chosen Planzer as our shipping service provider as they have extensive experience in food transportation and have proven to be a reliable partner in the past. In addition, Planzer offers flexible delivery options and real-time tracking, giving us and you a seamless and transparent delivery experience.
When are the dishes shipped?
To ensure that your dishes arrive fresh and on time, you should select or customize your menu box by 11 a.m. on Friday. Our chefs prepare everything fresh and the dishes are dispatched on Tuesday evening. Delivery is reliably made on Wednesday, so you can look forward to enjoyable meals - fresh, delicious and delivered straight to your door!
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
No, your presence at home is not required as we have coordinated instructions with Planzer to place your package safely and securely at your doorstep. If this does not meet your expectations or if you would like to give additional instructions, Planzer's online portal offers a flexible way to manage your delivery according to your wishes. For example, you can specify an alternative drop-off location or organize a delivery to a different address.
What are the delivery charges?
We deliver free of charge from an order value of CHF 50. Up to this order value, we have to charge CHF 9.90 for delivery, but this only covers part of the high-quality packaging and delivery costs.
How can I return the packaging?
We are happy to take back cardboard, insulation material and cold packs for reuse. Simply stick the return label on the parcel and our courier will take it away free of charge with the next delivery. You can recycle the food trays yourself: Peel the foil off the cardboard tray and dispose of both separately in the recycling. You can also print out the returns label here and stick it on yourself.
